Use the account page to sign in. If you have your recovery code, follow the recovery option there. If you cannot recover access, contact support with your username and a description of the problem.
Use the account controls to export or delete your study records. Use Plans to manage invoices, payment methods and subscription cancellation. Deleting browser storage does not cancel a subscription.
