A study week you can actually keep.

Plan a few specific sessions around school and other commitments, then adjust from what you learn.

A sample week

  • Monday: work through one lesson and explain its method aloud.
  • Wednesday: try a short set on the same skill, then review every uncertain answer.
  • Friday: mix that skill with two older ones and record the mistakes.
  • Weekend: revisit the most useful corrections; schedule a longer timed session only when you can review it afterward.

Give each session a finish line

“Study math” is vague. “Solve six linear-equation problems and explain every miss” is observable. Stop adding new tasks when you no longer have time to review the work.

Adjust the plan

Reduce the load during a busy school week. Protect sleep and leave room for a missed session. If the same misconception returns, use another worked example before increasing speed.
